Have Questions? We’re Here to Help

Get quick answers to common questions about genealogy, DNA research, and our process.

Most standard genealogy and DNA research cases take 4–12 weeks, depending on the availability of records, complexity, and the scope of your request.
Urgent legal or probate cases can often be prioritized.

Many clients come to us with challenging or “brick-wall” cases, and that’s where our expertise shines. We use advanced DNA triangulation, cluster analysis, and in-depth record research to uncover details others may have missed. With access to all major genealogy databases and a wide range of resources, we maximize every opportunity to find answers. By blending traditional research with genetic genealogy, we often identify extended family connections that open exciting new possibilities.

That said, genealogy isn’t always straightforward. Some cases remain unsolved due to missing or lost records, and historical gaps can limit what’s possible. But we never stop trying—new records are digitized every day, and persistence often pays off. Our goal is to give you the best chance at breaking through those walls, with honesty and transparency every step of the way.

Many guides are free; some advanced tools may require a consultation or purchase.
